1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the logistics, freight, and transportation services of AGI Freight Singapore Pte Ltd ("AGI Freight," "we," "our," or "us"), the Client ("you" or "Customer") agrees to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all services provided by AGI Freight unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Services Provided

AGI Freight provides logistics services, including but not limited to freight forwarding, warehousing, transportation, and related services. We handle goods in accordance with standard industry practices and all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Rates and Payment Terms

3.1 Rate Quotations

All rates are provided as quotations based on information provided by the Customer. AGI Freight reserves the right to adjust rates based on additional information or services required.

3.2 Payment

Payment terms will be outlined in each quotation or service contract. Invoices are due as specified on each invoice. A late fee may apply to overdue invoices.

3.3 Taxes and Duties

All applicable taxes, duties, and government-imposed fees are the Customer's responsibility and will be added to the invoice if not included in the initial quote.

4. Customer Obligations

4.1 Accurate Information

The Customer agrees to provide accurate information regarding the goods, including description, dimensions, weight, and any special handling requirements.

4.2 Compliance with Laws

The Customer is responsible for ensuring all goods comply with applicable laws and regulations, including customs regulations, and will indemnify AGI Freight for any penalties resulting from non-compliance.

5. Liability and Limitations

5.1 General Liability

AGI Freight will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, income, interest, or future business.

5.2 Liability Limit

Our liability for any damage, loss, or delay of goods is limited to the amount specified by applicable law or as specified in our service contract.

5.3 Force Majeure

AGI Freight is not liable for delays or damages resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, weather conditions, strikes, acts of war, or governmental actions.

6. Insurance

AGI Freight does not provide insurance coverage on shipments unless expressly requested and agreed in writing. The Customer is encouraged to obtain their own insurance for goods if coverage is required.

7. Claims and Dispute Resolution

7.1 Claims

Claims for damage, loss, or delay of goods must be submitted to AGI Freight in writing within 7 days of delivery. All claims must include sufficient evidence to substantiate the claim.

7.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to mediation or arbitration in Singapore as agreed upon by both parties.

8. Termination of Services

AGI Freight reserves the right to terminate or suspend any services immediately, with or without notice, in the event of non-payment, breach of these Terms, or if deemed necessary to comply with legal obligations.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any legal action arising from these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

10. Modifications

AGI Freight reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be available on our website or provided in writing to the Customer.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging our services, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
